Privacy Policy

MetRisk Services Inc. ("we," "us," "our") is a fee-only commercial insurance advisory. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices.

When you request a free program analysis or otherwise contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide directly: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, your current premium range, renewal date (if provided), and any notes you include.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for policy documents, loss runs, or any other confidential records through this website.

The blind-spot check, the loss-pick calculator and the experience-mod calculator all run entirely in your browser. The answers and figures you enter are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, are not stored, and disappear when you close the tab. Copying your own results to your clipboard is an action you take locally; nothing is sent by doing it.

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, prepare and discuss your program analysis, and communicate with you about your renewal. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with insurance carriers or brokers except the brokers you explicitly authorize as part of your renewal process.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website and deliver emails, under confidentiality obligations, solely to the extent necessary to provide our services.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are read and which links are used. It records page views and a small number of events, such as a click on our scheduling link, in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.

We also use the following services, which set cookies or similar technologies in your browser:

• Google Analytics, to measure visits and how people move through the site.
• Google Ads, to measure whether our advertising leads to visits and enquiries, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site before (remarketing).
• LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure our LinkedIn advertising and to reach people who have visited this site on LinkedIn.

These companies process that information under their own privacy policies. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, turn off personalised ads in your Google account (Ad Settings) and your LinkedIn settings (Advertising data), or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our booking page embeds a calendar from our scheduling provider, and some pages embed video from our video host. Those embeds are operated by those companies under their own privacy policies, and anything you enter into the calendar goes to them rather than through this site.

We retain the information you provide for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if you engage us, for the duration of our advisory relationship and as needed to comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
